How We Work
Engineering inspection and plan: measurements, route assessment (stairs, doors, turns), load capacity calculation, and choice of method (carrying, sliding, lifting).
Rigging and protection: floor coverings and corner guards, stabilization/safety, risk and safety protocols.
Access and Working Hours:
Specify in advance the loading/unloading time windows — especially for hospitals, banks, malls, and business buildings.
Ensure reserved parking spaces for equipment and trucks — improvisation is often needed when space is lacking.
Clarify if there is a permit system, access cards, or escort — this avoids 'traffic jams' at the entrance.
The route inside:
Clear corridors and stairs of boxes, furniture, stands, cables on the floor.
Specify in advance weak points — slippery floors, damaged steps, suspended ceilings, low door frames.
If work is to take place at night or in a closed area — provide lighting and a power source if needed.
Documents and Responsibilities:
For equipment — locate serial numbers, manuals, assembly/disassembly diagrams, if available.
Clarify who on your side will sign the handover protocols and who will confirm the final placement on site.
The clearer the picture before inspection, the more accurate and secure the offer — and the fewer surprises on moving day.
When we talk about safes, pianos, MRI machines, lathes, or modular servers, the word 'moving' is misleading. It's not just carrying heavy things; it's a controlled engineering operation with clear responsibility.

What to Ask the Provider:
What type of insurance does the company have? — general liability, professional liability, transport insurance.
What is the coverage limit per event? — it should match the actual value of the assets.
Is there an option for an individual policy for a specific asset/operation for higher value or specific risk.
Role of Protocols:
Description and condition before moving — note visible defects, special features, accessories.
Handover protocol for positioned objects — signed once the item is in its new location and the client has visually checked it.
For more complex items — record if calibration, servicing, or manufacturer involvement is required after moving.
What Specialized Relocation Does NOT Cover:
Functional defects that appear due to prior damage or poor maintenance, which only become visible when powered on at the new location.
Situations where the client changes the route or conditions at the last moment and insists on a 'compromise' solution outside the agreed plan.
Good practice is simple: clear contract, clear insurance, clear protocols. This way, both you and the moving team know exactly who is responsible for what — and your most valuable assets change address safely and with documented protection.
