Handling Crew

Heavy on the hands - light on the project

Physical work, executed with logistical thinking

We provide professional teams for manual loading and unloading – fast, safe and on schedule. We work with proper carrying techniques and protective materials to avoid damage and delays.

What it includes

  • Loading/unloading trucks, containers and wagons (bulk and packaged goods).
  • Carrying on floors, difficult approaches and narrow spaces.
  • Positioning furniture, equipment and bulky items in place.
  • Rearranging and breaking pallets, sorting and organizing according to tasks.
  • Lifting/lowering construction materials across floors and construction sites.
  • Removing packaging and construction waste, transport to a licensed depot (on request).
  • Unloading and organizing firewood, pellets, etc.
  • Breaking light coverings (old tiles, plaster) and cleaning; larger demolitions – by separate task with required permits.

How we work

Hourly or by task, with on-site supervisor, clear accountability and control per stage.

Equipment and protection: straps, trolleys, corner protectors, blankets, stretch/aeroplast; if needed – pallet trucks and forklift (if site allows).

Safety: personal protective equipment, protection of common areas and marking work zones.

Time windows: we also work evenings/weekends for minimal disruption.

Access and parking: assistance with permits/reservation of elevator; it is good to ensure a parking spot in front of the entrance.

Clarifications

  • We do not accept hazardous substances, asbestos, biological or toxic waste.
  • Large-scale disposal/recycling is organized with a container and accompanying documents (on request).
Useful tips

Everything you need to know about Handling Crew

Both options are available. The choice directly affects budget and pace.

When hourly is better:

  • You have variable volume or unclear site/access details.
  • You expect internal changes during work (rearrangements, additional tasks).
  • You need a team on standby during the day.

When fixed-task is better:

  • The volume is clearly measurable: number of pallets/cubic meters, a specific container, a defined list of operations.
  • You have a deadline/window and want a predictable final price.
  • The activity is standardized (e.g., unloading a truck + internal positioning).

How to decide quickly:

  • If you can count the task (pallets/floors/positions) → fixed.
  • If you cannot predict the pace/volume → hourly.
  • In mixed cases → combined model (fixed backbone + hours for unforeseen work).

We work with logistical thinking and the equipment that comes with it.

We provide (per task):

  • Protective and carrying equipment: straps, trolleys, corner protectors, blankets, stretch wrap/aeroplast.
  • If needed and if the site allows: pallet trucks and forklift with licensed operator.
  • On-site supervisor who assigns roles and keeps accountability.

You should provide:

  • Clear positioning points (exactly where to place items by floor/zone).
  • Small consumables if specific to your standard (labels, seals, colored markers).
  • Access to power/lighting and information about restrictions (low doors, narrow turns, non-standard openings).

Service boundaries:

  • We do not handle hazardous substances, asbestos, biological/toxic waste.
  • Larger demolitions are carried out only as a separate task with required permits.

Clean handover is the visible finish of a job well done.

What we can handle:

  • Removal of packaging and construction waste.
  • Organization of transport to a licensed depot (on request) with accompanying documents.

How to reduce cost and risk:

  • Separate waste streams in advance: packaging separate from construction materials.
  • Specify a temporary accumulation point (internal buffer) – transport becomes faster.
  • Specify container needs in time to avoid delays and fines from the municipality/building.

What you get at the end:

  • A site delivered cleanly and documented, with no ambiguities for next stages (assembly, operation, inspections).
