Temporary Crew
Your plan, our people
Temporary Resource, Professional Presence
When your team is under pressure – sick leaves, peak periods, inventory, or events – we quickly and efficiently fill in the missing staff. We provide hourly or full-day loaders, certified forklift operators, and drivers – all with clear schedules and accountability.
What We Provide
- Loaders for loading/unloading tasks, organizing, sorting, and order preparation.
- Forklift operators with valid certification (as assigned – ramp work, shelving areas, etc.).
- Drivers (licenses as required) for intra-city and intercity routes.
- Teams for campaigns and promotions – dozens of people for weeks/months (merchandising, labeling, repackaging, inventory).
- Stage assistance for concerts/events – allocated to sound, lighting, stage, and backstage logistics.
How We Work
- Hourly or as assigned, with a supervisor on-site and reporting per person and hours.
- Rapid mobilization (including evenings/weekends if possible), replacement in case of emergencies, and adding staff for sudden workload increases.
Safety and discipline: briefing, PPE, protection of common areas, and strict access control.
Tools and equipment if needed: pallet trucks, hand tools, ramps (upon request).
When It’s Most Useful
Seasonal peaks, site openings, product reloads, inventories, campaign activities, relocations, inaugurations, concerts, and sports events.
Clarifications
- Minimum commitment and schedule – as agreed according to the site.
- We do not take on hazardous tasks or activities requiring special permits (work at heights, electrical work, etc.) without prior assignment and provided conditions.
Everything you need to know about Temporary Crew
Starting rule:
Manual labor (boxes/light items): ~45–60 boxes/hour per person on a short route with elevator; ~25–35 on long carries/stairs. Pallets with pallet jack: ~8–12 pallets/hour per team (2 people). Forklift + loader: ~18–25 pallets/hour with a clear line and no waiting.
Quick calculation method:
Determine volume: number of boxes/pallets/shelf meters. Choose a coefficient based on access (short/long route, stairs/elevator). Divide volume by productivity → get person-hours. Divide by desired duration → get number of people.
Factors that skew estimates:
Fragile/valuable items (slows pace by 20–40%). Narrow corridors, shared elevator, peak hours. Mixed tasks (sorting + organizing + labeling). Missing staging (everything becomes slower and chaotic).
Example: 300 boxes, long route → 30 boxes/hour.
300 / 30 = 10 person-hours.
For 2 hours → 10 / 2 = 5 people.
Tip: always add a 15–20% buffer for unfamiliar sites.
Smart planning = less unnecessary movement and waiting.
Ramp/elevator slot
fix a time window – avoids crowding and waiting.
Staging area
allocate space for temporary arrangement – movement becomes linear.
Labeling and grouping
mark by address/department/floor; no “where was this box?”.
Prepared documents
waybills, lists, access – no last-minute searching.
One coordinator
fast on-site decisions, less confusion.
Clear internal route
“ramp → zone → shelf/position”; no cross-traffic.
Sync with equipment
forklift comes when there is something to move – not earlier.
Accurate weight
exact weight and dimensions prevent double work.
Photo control
quick confirmation of steps, no additional inspections.
Effect: fewer person-hours, predictable outcome, and clear accountability.
Safety is not a brake, but a guarantee that work is done on time and without damage.
From the client side:
- Access and rules: entrance instructions, PPE, fire exits, restricted zones.
- Safe environment: lighting, clear passageways, no dangerous leaks/cables.
- Instructions for sensitive goods: fragile/valuable/confidential – clearly marked.
- Permissions and responsible persons: who signs, who unlocks, who receives.
From the contractor side (team):
- On-site briefing and PPE: helmets, gloves, shoes, vests – according to the site.
- Discipline and accountability: supervisor, list of people/hours, reports.
- Certifications: valid forklift/crane documents; work only as assigned.
- Equipment and tools: provided on request; checked before work.
- Service boundaries: no tasks requiring special permits (heights, electrical work, etc.) without prior conditions and written assignment.
- Incident procedure: immediate report, photo, description, notify coordinator/insurer.
Conclusion: clear roles and conditions at the beginning = safe work and zero surprises at the end.
